These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the jatwin platform. By registering an account or placing a bet on jatwin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read this document in full before using the platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply throughout:
2.1 Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 18 years or above at the time of registration. jatwin operates an 18+ policy without exception. Players found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts permanently closed and all deposits returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
2.2 By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party; (c) you are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory; (d) you are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of jatwin or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
2.3 jatwin reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jatwin reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a multi-accounting breach and to forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your registered Bangladesh mobile number. You must notify jatwin promptly if any registration information changes. jatwin accepts no liability for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Any activity conducted under your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify jatwin support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.4 jatwin reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has provided false information, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or violated any provision of this Agreement.
4.1 jatwin accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile financial services, as well as bank transfers through selected partner banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and others as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. jatwin does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
4.2 Deposits are credited to your jatwin Wallet promptly upon confirmation of successful payment from your mobile financial service provider. In exceptional cases involving technical delays, you should contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jatwin targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for standard requests, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. jatwin does not guarantee same-day processing and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.4 jatwin reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a valid national identity document and confirmation of the mobile financial service account ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory verification is completed.
4.5 Only funds derived from genuine gameplay may be withdrawn. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without adequate gameplay activity (commonly referred to as "money laundering through wagering") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the full balance.
5.1 jatwin may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match bonuses, and other incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Wallet, after which any unconverted Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Wallet without compensation.
5.3 Bonuses are awarded on a per-Account basis. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses by creating additional accounts, using different payment methods registered to the same individual, or any other mechanism intended to circumvent the single-account rule will constitute fraud and result in immediate account closure.
5.4 jatwin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not retrospectively affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Wallet where the wagering requirements are being actively fulfilled.
5.5 Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the stated conversion pathway, or used in any manner other than as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
6.1 All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. Rules for cricket markets, football markets, kabaddi, and all other sports are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.
6.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. jatwin reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full to the Player's Wallet.
6.3 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by jatwin, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out feature. The availability of cash-out is not guaranteed on all markets or at all times.
6.4 In the event of the postponement, abandonment, or cancellation of a sporting event, jatwin will settle bets in accordance with the published rules for the relevant sport. Where no specific rule addresses the situation, jatwin's decision, made in good faith, shall be final.
6.5 jatwin reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, to limit the total liability on any event, and to restrict access to certain betting markets for specific accounts where there is a reasonable basis for doing so, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
7.1 All casino games available on the Platform are provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
10.1 jatwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform.
10.2 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of this Agreement, jatwin reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account, including both real money and Bonus Funds. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach, the real money balance will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method used.
10.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jatwin will process any eligible withdrawal of real money balance before closing the Account. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
10.4 jatwin will retain account records for a minimum period as required by applicable data protection and anti-money-laundering obligations, even after an account has been closed. Retention of records does not constitute continued use of the Platform by the Player.
11.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of jatwin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the express prior written consent of jatwin, except as reasonably necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.
11.3 The jatwin brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary marks of jatwin. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any licence or right to use those marks without prior written authorisation.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jatwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
12.2 jatwin's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
12.3 jatwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
12.4 jatwin is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government action, internet service provider outages, or mobile network failures.
13.1 jatwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 jatwin will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary for the operation of the Platform.
14.1 jatwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jatwin will provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, or by posting a notice on the Platform.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
